Green Juice for Vitality
Green Ingredients
- 6 Kiwis
- 2 Green Apples
- Baby Spinach
Directions
- Soak spinach leaves in water to plump them up then leave to drip dry.
- Peel kiwi and cut into chunks to fit into juicer chute.
- Cut apple into chunks to fit into juicer chute. Do not juice apple core or seeds.
- Alternate between hard and soft produce to help get the most juice out of the leaves.

Directions

Ingredients
- 2 Kale Leaves
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 sweet potato cut to juicer size
- 1 red bell pepper cut to juicer size
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 3 sprigs of parsley

- 2 stalks of celery
