  • ½ Small thinly sliced onion
  • 1 Clove minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 4 Trimmed pork chops bone-in
  • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • ¼ Cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 Teaspoon pepper

Procedure:

  1. Using a large nonstick skillet where all the chops can all fit, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter.
  3. Add the pork chops and allow to brown on both sides.
