5 Simple and effective ways about how to whiten your teeth fast at home for no more than a few pennies.
Whitening your teeth doesn’t necessarily have to be expensive; most people are under the illusion that to whiten your teeth it’s going to cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars for surgery.
Although this is the easiest way to do it, there are cheap and effective alternatives to this.
Here are a few of them:
NOTE: I highly recommend that you consult your dentist before trying any of the following teeth whitening methods. I wouldn’t recommend doing any of these if you have EXTRA sensitive gums.
It is always best to talk to your dentist before using any teeth whitening products or chemicals to whiten your teeth as it may cause damage.
1. Using ol’ fashioned Baking Soda
Baking soda is cheap and easy to use, most people have it in their kitchen and it only costs a few bucks. To use it simply put your finger inside the tub of baking soda and sprinkle the baking soda onto the toothbrush. I do not recommend dipping your toothbrush into the baking soda itself. Whiter teeth can be visible within roughly a week or two.
2. Hydrogen Peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is the chemical found in most teeth whitening products and is incredibly effective. Not only is it a teeth whitener it also removes harmful bacteria from the gums and teeth. To use hydrogen peroxide, simply apply with a tooth brush and then rinse it off when you’re finished.
People use strawberries to whiten their teeth believe it or not. Although, it isn’t clinically proven to be effective, some people claim to see results. To use strawberries to whiten your teeth, crush a strawberry then leave the strawberry on your teeth for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes have passed brush your teeth thoroughly as you would usually. Then try and remove any seeds and pulp from the strawberry. If you are using this to whiten your teeth I recommend doing it no more than once a week.
I’m not too sure about brushing your teeth with them; however apples are known to fight stains and prevent tooth decay. Apples have natural astringents and have a nice cleansing texture making them a nice snack.
5. Laser Whitening
Or if money isn’t an issue I recommend that you go with the standard laser whitening, as this is the most effective. Laser whitening can give you those shiny white Hollywood teeth that you’ve always dreamed of. It also tends to last very long so it’s worth the investment.
