Yes, we all want to be healthy. And sure, all of us want to know that we are doing something that is great for our body.  But for so many of us looking good is just as important as feeling good – if not more.</p>
<p>Will the Paleo diet get you the body that you are looking for? Sure, after all the results speak for themselves and thousands of people swear by eating Paleo. But let&#8217;s face it, most of us don&#8217;t want to see the amazing results that other people have had, we want to see our results and we want to see them fast.</p>
<p>If you are looking to supercharge your Paleo diet results, then it is time to start doing some easy workouts that will supercharge the fat burning process. But how will you know which exercises you should be doing?</p>
<p>The good news is that the Paleo diet does not require lots of special equipment or hard training. There is not going to be any expensive gym memberships or special dvds that you will need to buy in order to see a difference. Remember, the Paleo diet is all about living the way that the hunter-gatherers used to live, so to figure out which exercises you should be doing, you should think about what exercises they would have done.</p>
<p>Your workouts don&#8217;t have to be hard, just think about what kinds of muscles a caveman would have been used to using. For instance, a caveman would have been forced to hunt their own food, what skills would that require? The ability to run? The ability to lift a heavy carcass?</p>
<p>Okay, now think of what you would need to do to mimic those abilities. First, you would need cardio so that you could build up your running abilities. And second, you would need to incorporate weights into your exercise routine so that you would be able to lift heavy objects whenever possible.</p>
<p>This is just one example of how you can easily craft a Paleo diet workout that is right for you. Just start by really thinking about what skills you would need if you were a hunter-gatherer and then find workouts that compliment those skills.</p>
<p>And the good news is if you are eating a diet rich in Paleo foods, you are giving yourself the vitamins and protein to get through these workouts with ease.</p>

<p>If you look at the before and after pictures of a Paleo diet, you are sure to be blown away. People who were overweight have lost significant pounds, people who were out of shape look firm and toned, and older people seem to look years younger. All of these changes supposedly came from a few simple diet changes.</p>
<p>But if we are really honest, all of those before and after pictures are really just that, pictures. How are you supposed to really be able to tell what changes have happened to a person through pictures? At the end of the day, just looking at pictures does not give you any real clue about the results that these Paleo dieters have gotten.</p>
<p>So what are the real benefits of the Paleo diet? What are the results that you will be able to see and feel for yourself? And most importantly, if you have been mislead by diets for so long, how are you supposed to believe that the Paleo diet will really make a difference in your life?</p>
<p>One of the biggest things people talk about when it comes to the Paleo lifestyle is the amount of energy that they have and how quickly they see results. Now if you think about it, most diets and exercise programs claim that you will have a lot of energy and fast results. But the difference between those programs and the Paleo diet is very simple. The Paleo diet makes sure that your body is getting enough protein to get you through the day.</p>
<p>So many of us are deficient in protein and we don&#8217;t even realize it. We go through our day thinking that eating that banana or having that protein shake will be enough for us. But the truth is when you have enough protein in your body, you will quickly start to see changes in your life. Not only does protein work to make you feel fuller, but it will also help you to lose weight at an incredible speed. One of the biggest reasons people see so many changes on the Paleo diet is because this is one of the only diets out there that makes sure your body has enough protein.</p>
<p>But protein alone is only one of the reason behind the success of Paleo. The other reason is that you will stop eating processed foods. Foods that don&#8217;t come straight from the earth are not only unhealthy for your body, but these processed foods can literally store up in your body and lead to illness, disease, or death. But when you are eating a Paleo diet, you are eating foods as they were meant to be eaten, in the purest form possible.</p>

<p>Unless you have been living under a rock, you have probably heard of the Paleo diet. It is undoubtedly the diet that is taking the nation by storm. It seems like everyone from celebrities to athletes to stay at home moms cannot say enough about this diet.</p>
<p>People who have used the Paleo diet look amazing, feel great, and claim that they have more energy than they have ever had in their entire life. But what is the Paleo diet really? And is it really a good diet choice for everyone?</p>
<p>The basic theory behind the Paleo diet is &#8216;eating like a caveman&#8217;. After all, if you really look at it, the caveman must have been incredibly strong, and amazingly healthy. After all, there were no drive through windows or cars in the day when the caveman was alive. Instead, they were forced to get all of their needs met the way that nature intended, by living off of the land.</p>
<p>Think about it, think about what a day in the life of a caveman would really have been like. First, they constantly had to defend themselves from predators. Whether they were hunting or sleeping they always had to be prepared for an attack from a large hungry animal. This meant that the caveman had to be ready to win a life and death battle in a moments notice.</p>
<p>Secondly, a caveman was responsible for hunting and preparing food. This meant that they either had to fashion weapons or use their hands to take down their prey. Once they found and killed their prey they then had to prepare it as a meal and gather fruits and vegetables to have further sustenance.</p>
<p>And finally, the caveman had to figure out how to protect themselves from the elements.  Whether it was brutal winter snows or harsh summer heat the caveman had to figure out how to survive these extreme conditions.</p>
<p>The point is that all of these things require an enormous amount of strength, skill, and mental alertness. And since the caveman had nothing to eat except for the things that nature provided, their diet must have played a strong role in helping them to survive.</p>
<p>Many people who have started a Paleo diet have claimed to experience more energy, less illness, and a dramatic weight loss. When you eat a diet that follows the rules of Paleo you are eating for strength, fuel, and health.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Unless you have been living under a rock, you have probably heard of the Paleo diet. It is undoubtedly the diet that is taking the nation by storm. It seems like everyone from celebrities to athletes to stay at home moms cannot say enough about this diet. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">People who have used the Paleo diet look amazing, feel great, and claim that they have more energy than they have ever had in their entire life. But what is the Paleo diet really? And is it really a good diet choice for everyone? </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The basic theory behind the Paleo diet is &#8216;eating like a caveman&#8217;. After all, if you really look at it, the caveman must have been incredibly strong, and amazingly healthy. After all, there were no drive through windows or cars in the day when the caveman was alive. Instead, they were forced to get all of their needs met the way that nature intended, by living off of the land. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Think about it, think about what a day in the life of a caveman would really have been like. First, they constantly had to defend themselves from predators. Whether they were hunting or sleeping they always had to be prepared for an attack from a large hungry animal. This meant that the caveman had to be ready to win a life and death battle in a moments notice. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Secondly, a caveman was responsible for hunting and preparing food. This meant that they either had to fashion weapons or use their hands to take down their prey. Once they found and killed their prey they then had to prepare it as a meal and gather fruits and vegetables to have further sustenance. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">And finally, the caveman had to figure out how to protect themselves from the elements.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Whether it was brutal winter snows or harsh summer heat the caveman had to figure out how to survive these extreme conditions. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The point is that all of these things require an enormous amount of strength, skill, and mental alertness. And since the caveman had nothing to eat except for the things that nature provided, their diet must have played a strong role in helping them to survive. </span></p>

<div id="_mcePaste"><strong>1/4 ts Cream of tartar</strong></div>
<h4>Instruction:</h4>
<div id="_mcePaste">Beat together the powdered sugar and peanut butter until the mixture is crumbly; set aside.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">In a large, heavy saucepan, combine 2/3 c sugar and 2 cup milk; heat to scalding or until bubbles start to form on the bottom.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Do not let it boil.</div>
<div>Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat the egg yolks to mix; blend in 3 T</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">cornstarch, flour and salt.</div>
<div>Stir to make a paste. Whisk in the remaining 1 cup cold milk, whisking until the mixture is smooth.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Pour in some of the hot milk mixture, stirring to combine.</div>
<div>Add mixture in bowl to the milk in the saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture bubbles up in the center. Add the butter and 1 t vanilla. Remove from heat and let custard cool.</div>
<div>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumbly peanut butter mixture in the bottom of the baked (and cooled) pastry shell. Pour the cooled custard mixture over the top.</div>
<div>In a large mixer bowl, place the egg whites, cream of tartar and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla.</div>
<div>Beat until stiff peaks form. Gradually, while beating, add the 4 tablespoons remaining sugar and 3 T remaining cornstarch.</div>
<div>Continue beating until whites are very think and glossy. Spread on top of  pie; sprinkle the remaining peanut butter mixture on top.</div>
<div>Bake for 10 to 15 minutes; watching carefully, or until the meringue is golden brown. Cool.</div>
